Dr. Fletcher has been practicing Emergency Medicine in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 2009. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Dr. Fletcher attended Western Illinois University completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology with the intentions of being a freshwater ecologist. A twist of fate led him to locate to the deserts of Las Vegas, Nevada where due to a lack of freshwater, he worked as a paramedic from 2001-2005. He then went on to attend Medical School at A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Fletcher trained in Emergency Medicine at U.T. Southwestern/Parkland Memorial Hospital from 2009-2012. He served as the academic chief resident from 2011-2012. Dr. Fletcher is an author of a peer reviewed book chapter and several publications.

Since graduating, Dr. Fletcher has worked in various academic and community emergency departments in the DFW metroplex over the past 3 years. Dr. Fletcher maintains active interests in emergency medical services and sepsis management.
